The Open Internet Order that protects users from ISPs passed Feb. 26, 2015. This policy has seen immense public support. FCC Chairman Tom Wheeler, with support from the Oval Office, passed Net Neutrality protections declaring the Internet a Title II classification under the 1934 Communications Act.
