Businessman asks top court to let him sue Israeli paper — in Canada

Jeremy de Beer, lawyer for the sole intervener in this case, the Canadian Internet Policy and Public Interest Clinic, told the court that where online publishing is concerned, the court should consider a “more nuanced application” of its jurisdiction test for permitting a case to be heard in Canada.
